## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to articulate Datadog’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Deliver product and technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and internal teams.
- Support technical evaluations and proofs of concept.
- Help clients onboard the product and resolve technical roadblocks.
- Collaborate with the product team on customer-driven feature requests and priorities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate bug issues.
- Build competitive knowledge, technical expertise, and credibility by learning new technologies.
- Think creatively about technical challenges throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
- Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time.

## Requirements
- Knowledge of DevOps monitoring or architecture tools.
- Experience delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Systems administration experience with Windows or Linux.
- Ability to travel by automobile, train, or air up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to sit for up to four hours while traveling to and from client sites.
