## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build backend systems and data-intensive applications for the core platform.
- Design generalized platform solutions that address cross-product challenges.
- Lead large, ambiguous technical projects involving numerous stakeholders.
- Deliver maintainable and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Experience building data-intensive applications.
- Strong product intuition and ability to design generalized platform solutions.
- Hands-on experience with data infrastructure, data pipelines/ETL, and data modeling.
- Experience leading large technical projects with high ambiguity and numerous stakeholders.
- Execution-driven mindset with a bias toward action.

## Nice-to-haves
- Machine learning or artificial intelligence platform experience.
- Experience with modern web technologies, including TypeScript and Node.js.
