## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become a product expert across Rippling’s platform and understand the competitive landscape.
- Conduct outbound prospecting with strategic, thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects.
- Partner with Marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume.
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
- Qualify new customers and channel partners.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM.

- Previous B2B sales development or business development experience.
