## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and grow a senior team capable of operating with high autonomy and quality from day one.
- Establish engineering standards for testing, observability, and AI-driven development practices.
- Collaborate deeply with product and design as a product-threaded team with shared ownership of outcomes.
- Cultivate an AI-first development culture and continuously raise the bar on velocity and quality.
- Lead cross-functional technical and customer-facing feature delivery.
- Work with engineering leadership, product, operations, QA, and customer-facing teams.

## Requirements
- 5–7+ years of SaaS software engineering experience, ideally with contemporary technology stacks and complex, stable backend infrastructure.
- 2–3+ years of people management experience leading a software team, including hiring, mentoring, and creating career opportunities.
- Strong technical acumen, people-management skills, and understanding of product business value.
- Experience building and delivering web-enabled SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of testing and deploying systems in multicloud and multitenant environments.
- Experience architecting systems that integrate agentic and generative AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Redux, Node.js, Golang, MongoDB, Postgres, and Docker.
