## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to articulate Datadog’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Deliver product and technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Support technical evaluations and proofs of concept.
- Build competitive knowledge, technical expertise, and credibility by continually learning new technologies.
- Collaborate with the product team on customer- and partner-driven feature requests.
- Help customers onboard the product and resolve technical roadblocks.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate bug issues.
- Think creatively about technical challenges throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.

## Requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with DevOps monitoring or architecture tools.
- Confidence delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to external customers or internal teams.
- Systems administration experience with Windows or Linux.
- Willingness to travel to client sites by car, train, or air up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to sit for up to four hours while traveling to and from client sites.
