## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops.
- Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys.
- Consult with partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate value for their organizations.
- Develop innovative enablement approaches.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand their enablement needs.
- Provide hands-on training to partners and customers, primarily in the India region.
- Contribute to quality assurance programs and measure training impact.
- Improve training programs based on learner feedback.
- Coordinate training with internal stakeholders and create training materials.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to deliver targeted training.
- Travel up to 40%.

## Requirements
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating and delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Passion for learning, knowledge transfer, Big Data, and Data Analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and concepts.
- Creativity and commitment to continuously expanding knowledge.
- Experience evaluating complex data and working with intricate processes.
