## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Sell security and networking solutions to Canadian federal departments and agencies.
- Develop and execute account and territory plans across defense and security accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Engage early in the procurement lifecycle to shape technical requirements and use modern procurement pathways to drive business.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions for Cloudflare services.
- Leverage PSPC procurement vehicles, Supply Arrangements, Standing Offers (SOs), Vendor of Record (VOR) lists, and strategic channel partners.
- Navigate complex contract negotiations and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and system integrators.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.

## Requirements
- At least 6 years of direct B2B experience selling security or networking products or solutions, such as cybersecurity, Zero Trust, SASE, IaaS, or PaaS.
- At least 5 years of experience selling to the Canadian Federal Government in Ottawa, Ontario, with emphasis on DND and Public Safety Canada.
- Proven expertise navigating federal procurement mechanisms, PSPC contracting, and channel or VAR ecosystems.
- Experience managing long, complex public-sector sales cycles and pre-procurement engagement.
- Deep understanding of computer networking and how the internet works.
- Aptitude for learning technical concepts and terminology; a background in network engineering or computer science is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- The candidate must be based in Ottawa and may hold an active security clearance.

## Compensation and Benefits
