## Job Description

## Role Scope
- Own integration of key suppliers into the production system: their capacity, quality, and delivery synchronized with our build plan.
- Stand up new suppliers: onboarding, data connections, and launch readiness managed like the internal launches they are.
- Run supplier performance: scorecards, escalations, and the recovery plans when they slip.
- Connect systems and process: forecasts, releases, and ASNs flowing without spreadsheets.

## Requirements
- Managed supplier launches or integration for a manufacturer.
- Recovered failing suppliers with structured intervention.
- Run scorecards suppliers respect because the data is right.
- Connected supplier processes to ERP and MRP flows.
- Escalate at the right altitude at the right time.

## Nice-to-Haves
- APQP and PPAP.
- Fabricated and mechanical categories.
- Multi-tier visibility tools.
- Contract manufacturing.
