## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to identify how communities can better support their caregivers and streamline workflows.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help Customer Success demonstrate value to clients.
- Partner with Customer Success on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), customer meetings, and strategic initiatives.
- Present findings to customers and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Build scalable data processes and provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Understand senior living operations and caregiver workflow patterns to identify pain points and opportunities that empower care teams.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of data analyst experience.
- Advanced SQL skills (window functions, CTEs, query optimization).
- Experience with Python for data analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Solid understanding of statistics for practical business applications.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with concrete examples of helping customers meet their goals.
- Experience presenting to external stakeholders and working directly with customers.
- Understanding of data structures, privacy, and responsible data stewardship.
- Excellent communication skills - you can make complex data accessible to anyone.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Healthcare data experience (EHR systems, medical terminology).
