## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of data analysts; set priorities and maintain a high bar for trusted, high-quality output.
- Partner with product managers to frame important questions, shape analysis, and deliver actionable answers.
- Own recurring product analytics, including business reviews, feature request analysis, usage and adoption tracking, and pricing analysis.
- Design and ship AI-powered analytics workflows and agents covering data querying, synthesis, and reporting.
- Partner with Finance, Data Platform, Engineering, and Revenue teams to align definitions, source data, and turn signals into decisions.
- Query product, CRM, and financial data and present insights to product managers and senior leadership.
- Define metrics, definitions, and analytical frameworks used as a trusted source of truth across the Product organization.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years managing or leading a team.
- Strong cross-functional partnership experience across Product, Finance, Engineering, and Data.
- Experience partnering directly with product managers and translating product questions into decision-making analysis.
- Fluency in SQL and comfort with modern data warehouses and business intelligence tooling.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI-first analytics, including AI-powered workflows, agents, or tooling.
- Professional experience using AI tools such as Claude, including prompt design and incorporating AI into daily analysis.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership at the VP+ level.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and lead through influence.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a product management organization or working within a Product function.
- Familiarity with the modern data stack, including dbt, Snowflake, and semantic layers.
- Experience with product data and CRM systems.
- Experience building or deploying AI agents or automated analytical workflows using current frameworks.
- Background in analytics engineering or data platform work.
- Experience with financial and revenue data, including ARR and cohort analysis, and close partnership with Finance.
- Familiarity with Datadog products and services.
