## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Embed with domain teams and learn their workflows well enough to automate them.
- Build agentic workflows and internal tools that remove manual work.
- Ship software in front of users and iterate based on feedback.
- Convert repeated expert judgment into production-ready software.
- Own work end-to-end across design, development, deployment, observability, and evolution.
- Apply engineering rigor to previously manual workflows.
- Feed customer and domain learnings back into the core product.
- Decide what is worth building without waiting for a detailed specification.

## Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers or domain experts to identify and solve workflow problems.
- Strong ownership, execution speed, product judgment, and engineering rigor.
- Ability to build and deploy software independently and iterate directly with users.
- Passion for the built world and the institutions and professionals shaping it.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience building agentic AI workflows.
- Experience automating institutional real estate, development, acquisitions, or other complex operational workflows.
- Experience working in customer-facing engineering or embedded engineering roles.
