## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own Creative Fabrica’s Instagram strategy and performance, including views, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Publish across Reels, feed posts, carousels, Stories, and emerging Instagram formats.
- Develop original, visually compelling concepts focused on AI, creativity, products, technology, and internet culture.
- Identify trends early and turn relevant opportunities into content.
- Demonstrate product capabilities through engaging visual content.
- Build recurring formats and series that encourage follows and repeat visits.
- Brief and direct Video Editors, Motion Designers, Graphic Designers, and Educational Content Producers.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to adapt launches into Instagram-native content.
- Experiment with hooks, formats, visual styles, captions, and publishing approaches at high volume.
- Analyze views, reach, watch time, shares, saves, follows, and Instagram Insights to scale successful content.
- Engage with comments, creators, and relevant accounts and identify collaboration opportunities.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience managing and growing Instagram, social channels, or creator-led accounts.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram and Reels discovery and distribution across Reels, Stories, carousels, and feed content.
- Strong short-form storytelling, pacing, retention, and visual judgment.
- Independent creative drive and a steady generation of new content ideas.
- Experience briefing designers, editors, and other creative specialists.
- Basic content creation and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- High-output, data-informed approach to publishing and experimentation.
- Strong interest in AI and creative tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience growing an Instagram account from an early stage, with Reels reaching 100K+ or 1M+ organic views, or an existing creator portfolio.
- Experience creating recurring social formats, recognizable content series, copywriting, and captions.
- Experience creating content about AI, technology, or creative tools.
- Experience using generative AI for ideation or production.
- Experience with TikTok or YouTube Shorts.
- Experience building creator-style brand accounts, working with creators and influencers, or operating in a fast-moving, high-output environment.
