## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC refresh and enhanced due diligence reviews of existing accounts.
- Identify trends and themes that could reduce unnecessary review volumes.
- Support BPO partners with escalations related to CIP, CDD, and EDD reviews.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
- Document the rationale for decisions to maintain or exit customer accounts.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all reviews.

## Requirements
- Experience or background in risk, banking, compliance, AML, fraud, or regulatory work.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working autonomously in a queue-based role and prioritizing work effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to review quality.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.

## Compensation
- US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $85,500–$96,200 USD base salary.
- US employees outside New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $77,000–$86,600 USD base salary.
- Canadian employees in any location: $80,800–$90,900 CAD base salary.
- Total rewards include base salary, equity, and benefits.
