## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work in massive ambiguity
- Help run and define company-wide product management
- Own customer outcomes end to end, taking ownership of entire customer journeys from first sign-up through to production outcomes
- Earn the respect of the engineering team by speaking their language and operating in a way that inspires
- Move extremely fast with a strong bias for execution

## Requirements
- Understand the difference between 0→1 and 1+. Proven track record in both
- Opinionated and default to action
- Seek feedback, piece together information from every angle, form strong convictions, and execute, bringing the team with you
- Strong organization and communication skills; clarity of written thought is non-negotiable
- Experience at a Series B or similar high-growth startup building the future of human interaction
- World-class PM skills with high expectations for impact and breadth
