## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Complete Google Analytics implementations using Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems with minimal oversight.
- Lead client engagements from implementation and analysis perspectives.
- Analyze client implementations and data to determine conclusions and solution methods.
- Consult clients on larger projects, connecting technical solutions and tools.
- Serve as the point of contact for client meetings and communicate proactively throughout project timelines.
- Enter project tasks accurately in Asana, delegate appropriately, complete work on schedule, and perform QA before management review.
- Mentor consultants and guide best practices and training for the department.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, or equivalent tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tealium.
- Project management and/or technical analytics implementation experience.
- Proven client communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with website architecture, customer data platforms such as Segment or Tealium, mobile apps, consent management, Adobe Analytics, or Looker.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: **$80,000–$100,000 per year**, with wage differential based on training and experience.
