## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and own an AI-first sales enablement strategy, including automated, context-aware agents that deliver buyer content, objection handling, and competitive insights within seller workflows.
- Diagnose sales capability gaps, use performance data to prioritize needs, and maintain a quarterly enablement roadmap.
- Own new-hire onboarding and ramp from day one through first pipeline and closed deal, with milestone-based plans and certification criteria.
- Build a scalable enablement model covering reinforcement, certification, refreshes, product launches, pricing changes, and process rollouts.
- Own playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, sales methodology, stage definitions, deal inspection, and win/loss processes.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales leadership, and RevOps to align messaging, programs, and reporting.
- Create coaching guides, call-review frameworks, and manager toolkits to reinforce skills.
- Define and report on ramp time, win rate, quota attainment, pipeline generation, and other enablement outcomes.
- Lead and develop a small team covering instructional design, outbound enablement, and technical enablement.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of sales or revenue enablement experience in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years leading an enablement team.
- Experience building AI workflows and agents that automate manual work, with demonstrated efficiency improvements.
- Direct experience with Gong and using its data for insight and AI workflows.
- Experience building an enablement function, not only operating programs within an existing function.
- Strong facilitation skills across bootcamps, skills workshops, and deal reviews.
- Fluency in MEDDPICC and/or Command of the Message, with sound judgment about methodology application.
- Ability to connect enablement programs to business performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with LMS, content management, conversation intelligence, Gong, and Salesforce.
- Experience partnering with Sales leadership and challenging requests when data indicates a different diagnosis.
- Track record of improving ramp time, win rate, and quota attainment.
- Based in North America or Europe.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience enabling teams selling to developers or other technical buyers.
- Prior quota-carrying sales experience.
