## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept across security, networking, Zero Trust, and developer platforms.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Align customer business goals with the product roadmap throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth.
- Drive platform adoption, revenue retention, and strategic cross-sell and upsell opportunities using product usage data.
- Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews for C-level stakeholders and communicate return on investment.
- Use AI agents and internal platforms to automate RFP and security questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring.

## Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, customer engineering, sales engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.
- Broad expertise in web security, networking, routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics, business value translation, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder-management skills, including communication with C-suite audiences.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Cloudflare’s developer platform and AI ecosystem, including Workers AI and AI Gateway.
- Prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation experience.
- Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages for integration scripts, API connectors, and edge functions.
- Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency.
- Fluency in Mandarin.

## Compensation
- Competitive base salary with variable commission tied to full-lifecycle commercial targets, including new business acquisition, adoption milestones, and account expansion.
