## Job Description

## What You'll Do

### Communications
- Lead the development and execution for Company All Hands, working directly with the C-suite to translate business milestones into inspiring narratives
- Build out the Internal Communications Framework, ensuring every employee understands the mission and roadmap
- Draft content around major GTM announcements, company milestones, and additional owned content including blogs, social, and video
- Provide ad hoc crisis support, ensuring the company remains agile and composed under pressure

### Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to optimize execution
- Serve as a key point of contact between the marketing department and other functions across the company

## What You'll Bring
- At least 4+ years of experience in communications or PR
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging narratives
