## Job Description

## Responsibilities
### Coordination
- Partner with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to streamline interview processes.
- Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics accurately and promptly.
- Manage a positive, engaging candidate experience.
- Support job creation and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Standardize and document hiring processes.

### Sourcing
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Develop scalable sourcing solutions and build talent pipelines, including passive candidates.
- Review and screen resumes for qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate on sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.

### Process and Partnership
- Develop scalable resources and process improvements while maintaining a personal touch.
- Build productive relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Communicate professionally and proactively with stakeholders.
- Coordinate background and reference checks.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, specifically recruiting coordination and sourcing in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience supporting go-to-market hiring, including Sales, Account Executive, Implementation, Customer Success, or Product roles.
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving, communication, and cross-collaboration skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, conflict-resolution, prioritization, and process-improvement skills.

## Nice-to-haves
- Recruiting or sourcing experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or SaaS.
- Experience with Lever or a comparable modern ATS.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience coordinating reference checks.
