## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Establish a high-performance culture centered on accountability, execution, continuous improvement, and customer outcomes
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecast reviews to improve conversion rates and forecasting accuracy
- Partner directly with Account Executives on strategic opportunities, executive relationships, and complex negotiations
- Improve win rates through structured coaching, call reviews, and opportunity management
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase productivity across the sales organization
- Recruit, interview, and onboard top sales talent as the team expands
- Design and refine compensation plans, performance standards, and operating rhythms that support growth
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to improve the customer journey and accelerate growth
- Surface market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer insights that influence company strategy
- Drive the successful launch and adoption of new products, creating scalable sales strategies and processes from the ground up
- Establish and continuously improve a high-performing sales operations infrastructure to enable efficiency, visibility, and scale across the sales organization

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/AI sales, including multiple years leading quota-carrying sales teams
- Previous experience in an early-stage or high-growth company
- Previous experience managing and scaling a high-volume SMB sales business
- Strong operational rigor, with the ability to build scalable processes, drive execution, and maintain a high bar for quality and accountability
- Demonstrated success managing Account Executives and consistently delivering against revenue targets
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities with a track record of improving sales execution through inspection and coaching
- Experience participating in and helping close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Exceptional coaching skills with the ability to elevate both top performers and developing talent
- Deep understanding of sales process, qualification, opportunity management, and performance metrics
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- High motivation, self-direction, and an intrinsic sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, low-process, entrepreneurial environment

## Nice to Haves
- Experience selling into healthcare organizations, medical groups, health systems, or healthcare technology buyers
- Familiarity with AI-powered products and emerging healthcare technologies
- Experience building sales processes, compensation plans, and recruiting systems
- Experience supporting enterprise and strategic account sales motions
