## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Translate unique client requirements into flexible and scalable data solutions.
- Lead data conversion projects with clients to ETL historical portfolio data from legacy systems into Addepar.
- Prioritize and context-switch effectively to complete simultaneous projects through to completion.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve processes and tools, streamlining, scaling, and automating workflows.
- Set, lead, and communicate expectations effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate with clients in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner.
- Collaborate with Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

## Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in technology, finance, or consulting.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with financial products and securities modeling.
- Solution-oriented mentality and passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong work ethic; proactive and a highly contributing teammate.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to improve process efficiency.
- Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
