## Job Description

## Impact/Responsibilities

- Define and drive the stateful user code execution service vision.
- Partner with serverless platform teams to build the service.
- Own the roadmap and execution, ensuring high-quality, on-schedule deliverables.
- Define team best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews, code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the stack.

## Requirements

- **10+ years** of software engineering experience with strong technical leadership.
- **3+ years** of engineering management experience.
- Experience designing, building, and operating scalable SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in **distributed systems**, **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)**, and modern web application architectures.
- Strong system-level skills; experience with **containers** and **Kubernetes** highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Passion for data intelligence space.
