## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term strategy for agentic workflows and internal tools.
- Architect and deliver workflow automation frameworks, orchestration engines, and internal tools.
- Drive adoption of GenAI techniques across departments to augment decision-making and streamline processes.
- Partner with business leaders to design tools improving velocity and reducing manual effort.
- Establish intelligent, auditable internal processes optimized for speed and accuracy.
- Leverage LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms for internal solutions.
- Collaborate with CTO and executives to align automation with strategic priorities.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership roles.
- Proven success building and scaling workflow systems, orchestration frameworks, or internal platforms.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI/GenAI applications.
- Experience enabling cross-functional operational efficiency for technical and business teams.
- Ability to deliver complex, enterprise-grade systems improving internal operations at scale.
