## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, from sourcing through close, across multiple North American locations.
- Build and maintain high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers by leading intake meetings, setting calibration standards, advising on market conditions, and managing expectations.
- Improve recruiting processes and operational workflows by identifying bottlenecks, tracking recruiting metrics, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience and meeting aggressive hiring timelines.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful experience supporting go-to-market or business functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Partnerships at a high-growth technology company.
- Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and influencing decisions with data.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and creative approaches to pipeline development in competitive talent markets.
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear, confident communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
