## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People Partner to Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Patient Support leaders.
- Partner on organizational design and workforce planning for quota-carrying, capacity-driven, and non-exempt teams.
- Advise leaders on organizational gaps, manager capability, and missing people programs.
- Lead the people aspects of restructures, role eliminations, and team changes.
- Coach managers through performance conversations, reviews, calibrations, documentation, and PIPs.
- Partner with Compensation on job architecture, leveling, and job family architectures.
- Support variable compensation questions, commission disputes, and career-path design.
- Own employee-relations matters and investigations from intake through resolution and closure.
- Develop scalable ER documentation and workflows, escalating matters to Legal when appropriate.
- Analyze turnover, ramp, engagement, and headcount data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Build documentation, workflows, and operational infrastructure for a scalable People function.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience, including significant experience as a People Partner supporting commercial, sales, or revenue-generating organizations.
- Practical expertise with variable compensation and commissioned populations.
- Strong employee-relations and performance-management judgment.
- Experience supporting or partnering on restructures or organizational-design changes.
- Strong generalist foundation across compliance, People Operations, business partnership, and compensation.
- Ability to partner credibly with CROs, VPs of Sales, and other senior leaders.
- Direct, analytical, data-driven communication and decision-making skills.
- Experience in a scaling company where the People function was still being built.
- Ability to build lightweight, usable systems and processes.
- Knowledge of multi-state employment law across a nationwide workforce.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or health technology.
- Experience supporting high-volume hourly, contact-center, or non-exempt workforces.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Experience serving as a trusted HR Business Partner to C-suite or senior executive leaders.
