## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run active sourcing campaigns for technical roles, primarily software and hardware engineering.
- Identify, engage, track, and convert passive talent through creative outbound strategies and network building.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with marketing on posts, outreach, and events to increase employer brand recognition.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and detailed documentation in Ashby ATS.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Manage requisitions and project work simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or technology.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Boolean search strings, or comparable sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated success using alternative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, contract scraping, and patent scraping.
- History of building long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in SaaS, aerospace, defense, automotive, or hardware-focused industries.
- Familiarity with hiring candidates requiring security clearances.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment regulations.
- Bias toward action and ability to proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
