## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and manage platforms and solutions to minimize financial and regulatory risk while maintaining excellent user experience.
- Transform business challenges into scalable and effective engineering solutions.
- Partner with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, product, policy, legal, operations, and data science teams.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues across various services and throughout the technology stack.
- Enhance engineering standards, improve tooling, and optimize processes.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and swiftly mitigate emerging risk patterns.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, followed by 2 years of Software Engineering experience.
- 2 years of experience developing software solutions using Python, Java, or Ruby.
- 2 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems.
- 2 years of experience translating business requirements into tangible software requirements and system designs.
- 2 years of experience identifying and resolving production issues spanning multiple services and stack layers.
- 2 years of experience performing data-driven investigations and analysis to inform decision-making using SQL and visualization software.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $156,800–$235,200 per year.
- 40 hours per week.
- 50% telecommuting permitted.
- Benefits may include equity, a company bonus, 401(k), medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
