## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics and animations for product launches, social content, paid campaigns, educational content, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
- Turn AI product features and outputs into animated demos, UI animations, explainers, typography, and social assets.
- Develop motion concepts from objectives or loose ideas, and adapt them for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and other channels.
- Experiment with hooks, pacing, visual styles, formats, and creative variations for channel and growth testing.
- Collaborate with educational content, video, product marketing, and graphic design teams.
- Build reusable motion templates, components, and systems to improve production speed and consistency.
- Use AI tools and experiment with AI-enabled production workflows.
- Maintain visual quality while delivering quickly and managing multiple projects.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion design across digital formats.
- Strong proficiency in After Effects and relevant Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, timing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to own projects from concept and storyboard through animation and final delivery.
- Experience creating motion for digital and social platforms, including formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Ability to produce high-quality work quickly and manage multiple projects.
- Proactive creative approach with an understanding of commercial and performance objectives.
- Good written and spoken English.

## Nice to have
- Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D, Figma, product/UI animation, Premiere Pro, or other editing software.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools.
- Performance creative experience or understanding of performance marketing and creative testing.
- Experience in a startup, creative studio, or technology, SaaS, AI, or consumer product environment.

## Compensation and benefits
- Full-time, in-office role at the Amsterdam HQ.
