## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage and grow designated territory, focusing on acquiring new Enterprise clients (2501+ employees) and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain sales pipeline through prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, networking, and utilizing MEDDPPICC.
- Drive new business growth: navigate complex 6-12 month sales cycles, meet/exceed quotas, engage key decision-makers, qualify/close opportunities.
- Drive organic growth: upsell/cross-sell Extended Access Management solutions.
- Attend industry events, represent 1Password, build relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success.
- Focus on solution selling, present to C-suite, negotiate deals.

## Requirements
- 7+ years SaaS sales experience, preferably security/Enterprise.
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding quotas, upselling/cross-selling.
- Advanced skills: prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, territory management, forecasting.
- Business acumen, executive presence, relationship building, negotiation, C-suite presenting.
- Understand/articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, especially Identity and Access Management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, team player, coachable.
- Proficient in Salesforce; MEDDPPICC preferred.
- Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach preferred.

## Compensation
- Annual base salary: $121,000 - $175,000 USD.
- Commission-eligible, equity grant, benefits (health, dental, 401k), paid time off, incentive programs.
