## Job Description

## What you will do

- Become a Rippling Benefits expert - go-to resource for brokers/clients within 60 days and benefits subject matter expert for colleagues within 90 days
- Be a trusted implementation partner to brokers and clients:
  - Understand broker/client requirements related to insurance
  - Build custom plans in Rippling environment, including importing enrollment data, reviewing insurance plans, and assisting with deductions issues
  - Work closely with Implementation and Customer Experience organization for success
- Partner with Insurance Ops, Customer Experience, and Product teams to evolve process and product
- Develop and document benefits implementation processes and best practices

## What you will need

- Passion and curiosity for all things related to Benefits
- **3+ years of experience** in Insurance brokerage or Implementation specializing in Benefits (Life, Accident & Health license a plus)
- Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail, excellent time management
- Ability to manage broker and client relationships: strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with bias towards action, energized by fast-paced environment
