## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and run creative, high-engagement campaigns across media, social, and events.
- Shape the regional narrative by developing positioning, turning global news into local stories, and creating original local moments.
- Identify reputational risks early and act to mitigate them.
- Build relationships with journalists, influencers, customers, industry bodies, and event organizers.
- Support executives with media interviews and speaking opportunities.
- Partner across sales, marketing, policy, legal, and deployment, especially with general managers and marketing leads supporting global expansion.
- Define the APAC communications operating model and manage agencies as required in specific markets.

## Requirements
- Experience managing communications across multiple APAC markets.
- Strong relationships with journalists at top-tier publications, with a track record of pitching stories and handling difficult corporate issues.
- Strong understanding of the political, regulatory, economic, and cultural landscape in APAC.
- Ability to develop unusually creative communications campaigns, including non-traditional tactics and channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with nascent operating models.
