## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide whitelabeled, multi-brand customer support by email and phone.
- Uphold service levels and quality standards across customer interactions.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests.
- Report software bugs and UI issues.
- Bring the voice of the customer to internal roadmaps and projects.
- Contribute to team documentation, product training, and other projects.
- Perform software user testing.

## Requirements
- Ability to provide seamless, high-quality customer support for multiple brands.
- Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail.
- Positive contribution to team and company culture.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity.

## Nice-to-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in software customer support, fintech, or financial services.
- Proficiency with Zendesk.
- Phone support experience.
- Experience working at an early-stage startup.
