## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end programs supporting the Legal Engineering team's operational rhythm.
- Build and maintain processes, tooling, and documentation that enable Legal Engineering managers to operate consistently across regions.
- Drive change management initiatives as the organization scales, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable programs with measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Legal Engineering managers, Sales Operations, Product, and leadership.

## Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, or enablement within a high-growth technology or professional services environment.
- Ability to design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept through execution while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without authority across a distributed organization.
- Experience with change management, process design, and operational scaling in fast-paced environments.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; able to build structure where none exists and iterate quickly.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with go-to-market functions, legal technology, or AI products.

## Compensation
- $155,100–$232,700 USD
