## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engagement programs aligned with company priorities and advocacy objectives.
- Design and deliver initiatives and events that communicate the company’s story, expand its profile, and deepen engagement with policymakers and policy-adjacent audiences.
- Set strategy while delivering high-quality execution of key moments, independently owning smaller events and experiences from concept through execution.
- Partner with broader events teams on larger initiatives.
- Build and leverage external relationships with organizations, industry groups, and political and cultural stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional working groups across Government Affairs, Communications, Social Impact, Marketing, and related teams.
- Create frameworks and metrics to measure initiative effectiveness and impact.

## Requirements
- 10+ years leading large-scale programs, events, or strategic initiatives, ideally in public affairs, government relations, creative industries, or adjacent fields.
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs end-to-end across multiple markets or regions.
- Deep understanding of the political and cultural landscapes in the US, UK, and EU.
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex engagement strategies involving both small and large events.
- Network of relationships with, and ability to identify, organizations, industry groups, and influential political and cultural stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefings and public-facing materials.
- Ability to influence internally and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing high-profile or sensitive issues with sound judgment and discretion.
- Ability to balance business objectives, reputational considerations, and advocacy priorities.
- Knowledge of political compliance requirements.
