## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive research and market mapping across relevant industries, including robotics, AI, automotive, software, hardware, and operations.
- Collaborate with Executive Recruiting and hiring partners to define search criteria and build top-of-funnel strategies for niche and hard-to-fill leadership roles.
- Craft bespoke outreach campaigns to engage passive executive candidates and develop creative approaches to connect with top-tier talent.
- Conduct initial high-level screens assessing qualifications, leadership capability, cultural fit, and genuine interest in the company mission.
- Build and maintain a network of potential future leaders through long-term relationship nurturing.

## Requirements
- **6+ years** of total sourcing experience.
- At least **1 year of executive search experience** focused on Director-level and above roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in proactive candidate sourcing, including developing and maintaining complex talent maps and pipelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand domains including autonomy, hardware, software, general and administrative functions, and operations.
- Ability to articulate how a leader fits into broader business strategy.

## Nice to Haves
- Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry.
- Expertise using an ATS, particularly Lever, to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
