## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own an integrated view of international performance across countries, regions, and Consumer, Enterprise/API, and Developer businesses to guide growth, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
- Partner with regional GMs and functional leaders to shape country strategies spanning Product, Sales, Growth and Brand Marketing, Partnerships, Communications, and Policy.
- Lead regional financial planning and forecasting, tracking budgets, headcount, capacity, investments, and risks against the company plan.
- Build and operationalize investment frameworks across markets, channels, and programs, evaluating expected returns, opportunity costs, and tradeoffs.
- Create regional and country scorecards and lead regular business reviews that track metrics, surface risks, drive decisions, and ensure follow-through.
- Design decision rights and escalation paths across a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
- Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Data Science to strengthen acquisition and retention measurement and provide executive-ready recommendations.
- Build scalable, AI-enabled workflows to improve reporting, forecasting, and investment evaluation across regions.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience across Strategic Finance, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or related operating roles.
- 2+ years of Strategic Finance experience at a high-growth technology company, including partnership with international, Marketing, Growth, or go-to-market teams.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience managing complex budgets and translating market economics, investment tradeoffs, and performance data into decisions.
- Experience serving as a trusted thought partner to executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Fluency across Consumer and B2B business models, international market dynamics, and Growth, Brand, or go-to-market investment.
- Experience designing planning processes, operating cadences, scorecards, or investment frameworks.
- High agency, sound judgment, and comfort building structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Enthusiasm for AI and experience partnering with Data Science.

## Nice-to-haves
- SQL familiarity.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $234,000–$325,000.
