## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prospect into CTOs, engineering and IT leaders, and technical end users.
- Identify net-new customers through outbound prospecting.
- Manage the full sales cycle for MongoDB products and services.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a sales pipeline in Salesforce and Clari.
- Use prospecting tools including Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on public-sector customers.
- Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline-generation strategies.
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Fluent in English.

## Nice-to-haves
- Passion for career growth in the software database market.
- Previous sales methodology training, such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Familiarity with databases, development, and open-source technology.
