## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops.
- Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys.
- Consult with partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate value for their organizations.
- Develop innovative enablement approaches.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand their enablement needs.
- Evaluate training impact and contribute to quality assurance programs.
- Create inspiring training materials and coordinate training with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions.

## Requirements
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are beneficial.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating and delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Passion for learning, knowledge transfer, Big Data, and data analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and concepts.
- Desire to think creatively and continuously expand knowledge.
- Experience evaluating complex data and working with intricate processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Availability to start immediately.
