## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an event strategy covering industry conferences, executive gatherings, and local meetups.
- Define event tiers, identify sponsorship opportunities, and tailor strategies to audience segments.
- Own the full event lifecycle, from planning and promotion through execution and post-event follow-up.
- Lead on-site operations, resolve last-minute challenges, and represent ElevenLabs professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams.
- Track event metrics, gather insights, and optimize future event performance.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field, preferably in technology or AI.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proven experience planning and executing events that drive engagement, relationships, and qualified leads.
- Experience managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and controlling costs.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for event planning and execution.
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work quickly.
