## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Architect Offchain's long-term financial roadmap and align fiscal strategy with growth targets and ecosystem evolution.
- Lead treasury management and capital allocation strategies, optimizing liquidity and risk in a digital-asset-centric environment.
- Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls.
- Advise the executive team through financial modeling, data-driven insights, and business model optimization.
- Design and implement a scalable financial technology stack and data infrastructure with automated reconciliations and real-time performance visibility.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including M&A activity and complex tax structuring.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments.
- Experience influencing company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at Board and executive levels.
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling finance and accounting teams.
- Mastery of complex financial modeling and synthesizing multifaceted data into actionable executive narratives.
- Ability to establish structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with Boards, investors, regulators, and non-financial stakeholders.
- Professional or personal Web3/crypto experience, including digital-asset treasury management and blockchain-native financial operations.
