## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Process invoicing for providers and firms with speed and precision in billing systems.
- Handle tickets and Slack requests with urgency while meeting SLA expectations.
- Enter orders, generate invoices, and verify details to ensure error-free processing.
- Route billing inquiries to the right teams and keep requests moving without delays.
- Investigate issues, correct errors, and maintain workflow continuity.
- Ensure all client and provider documentation is complete and audit-ready.
- Identify inefficiencies and help streamline billing workflows.

## Requirements
- 1+ years of high-volume billing, invoicing, or data entry experience (legal or court reporting a plus).
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems.
- Comfortable managing tickets and communication in Google Workspace, Zendesk, and Slack.
- Organized, adaptable, thrive in fast-paced remote environment.

## Compensation
- Competitive pay of $20–$23 per hour.
