## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Rippling’s Payroll products and serve as a subject-matter resource for clients and colleagues.
- Partner with clients on payroll implementation, including understanding their existing Payroll and Accounting setup.
- Guide customers through Payroll, General Ledger (GL), Taxes, Job Codes, and Time Policies setup.
- Work with the Implementation Manager to ensure clients are set up for success.
- Partner with Implementation and Product teams to improve processes and products.
- Develop and document payroll implementation processes and best practices.
- Support new payroll-adjacent product launches and new country launches.
- Build internal training resources and lead Office Hours as needed.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in payroll implementation.
- Strong understanding of Payroll, General Ledger (GL), Taxes, Job Codes, and Time Policies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Strong client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
