## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support Venture Relations Account Managers and Team Leads by owning fund operation actions and product support issues for clients.
- Execute operational tasks efficiently, ensure processes are followed, goals are met, and standards maintained; continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional client experience through accurate, concise, and action-oriented communications with fund managers, investors, and portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, legal, finance, operations, tax) to surface solutions, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth execution for client deliverables.

## Requirements
- 2 years of experience within a rapidly growing startup or fintech organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills; proactively identifies issues and takes initiative.
- Commitment to skill development and continuous learning.
- Resourceful, ambitious, quick learner.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Passion for startups and venture finance infrastructure.
