## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Lead critical projects and define technical strategy for Salesforce CRM and related systems.
- Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations.
- Drive process automation and data integration initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and executives across Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering.
- Mentor engineers and promote strong coding, design, architecture, and continuous-improvement practices.
- Resolve complex technical challenges involving reliability, performance, scalability, and system resilience.
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
- Own the Salesforce ecosystem, driving enhancements and serving as the primary contact for high-stakes projects and critical issues.
- Share Salesforce best practices through industry participation and published insights.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Deep expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience designing complex, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Understanding of billing, revenue recognition, and order management.
- Ability to evaluate solutions based on cloud costs, performance, and business objectives.
- Experience setting and executing technical strategy for complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, including geographically distributed teams.
- Expertise integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS solutions.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and multi-platform data flows.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks covering data security, privacy, retention, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR.
- Experience solving high-volume data processing, integration, performance, scalability, and resilience challenges.
- Salesforce Developer I and II certifications required.
- In-depth Agile experience and Salesforce DevOps expertise, including CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
- Experience using AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools for development, testing, and documentation.
- Strong communication, presentation, autonomy, and adaptability skills.

## Nice-to-Haves

- Salesforce 2nd Generation Managed Package experience.
- Salesforce System Architect or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
- Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect certification.
