## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- **Own roadmap and strategy:** Set the vision and own the roadmap for payroll corrections, including how it must change and scale for increasingly large customers.
- Champion the strategy across the organization to build scalable, intuitive, and highly reliable products.
- **Build payroll agent capabilities:** Develop correction capabilities for payroll agents and integrate these actions into existing interfaces.
- **Build for scale:** Partner closely with design and engineering to scale product capabilities globally and for large enterprises.
- **Build the core user experience:** Balance performance and complexity at scale while delivering simple, intuitive experiences.
- **Stay close to customers:** Work directly with customers to understand operational pain points and identify high-impact opportunities.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, or equivalent founder experience.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong bias toward action.
- Track record of turning complex systems into simple, elegant user experiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams around ambitious goals.
- Deep customer empathy and strong product judgment.
- Alignment with leadership principles including pushing the limits of possibility, challenging each other, and going to see.
