## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Independently manage 4–5 or more concurrent requisitions across technical and non-technical roles.
- Own recruiting processes end to end, including intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview-loop design, feedback collection, offers, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, calibrate hiring standards, design processes, and provide search guidance.
- Use market data and pipeline evidence to refine hiring strategy and resolve bottlenecks.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communities, referrals, events, niche networks, and AI sourcing tools.
- Build candidate relationships, communicate the company mission and opportunity, and close candidates on fit and growth potential.
- Deliver a responsive, human, high-signal candidate experience.
- Track pipeline conversion, time to hire, pass-through rates, and sourcing-channel effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate ATS data and recruiting reports.

## Requirements
- 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, including engineers and executives.
- Fintech or startup experience.
- Strong candidate-closing ability based on fit and opportunity rather than compensation alone.
- Multi-channel sourcing experience and comfort working with pipeline data.
- Proactive, curious, self-directed approach with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-growing SaaS or fintech environment.
