## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Write optimization algorithms for large trucking companies.
- Handle full range of technical tasks from long-term product vision to client integration work.
- Engage directly with clients (forward deployed) to understand pain points and priorities, then solve their problems.
- Ship code fast and often.

## Requirements
- Generalist willing to tackle any technical task.
- Comfortable talking to clients and being forward deployed.
- Extremely hard worker in strong team environments on meaningful visions.
- Experience at top startups/big tech, ex-founder/founding engineer, or obsessive side project builder (deployed/live).
- Comfortable with **Python** and **Typescript**.
- Grinder mindset: intelligent, moves quickly (pedigree secondary).

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience shipping code rapidly without perfectionism.
