## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage high-profile partners through outreach, sales briefs, proposals, and industry events.
- Own complex sales cycles from outreach through close and convert prospects into long-term strategic relationships and revenue commitments.
- Articulate Fetch’s value proposition and advertising products.
- Grow accounts from initial tests to full partnerships using performance predictions, investment-path modeling, data visualization, and AI-enabled recommendations.
- Interpret data and generate insights using dashboards, market intelligence platforms, campaign optimizers, and competitive intelligence tools.
- Develop and improve strategic playbooks, best practices, onboarding tools, and AI-enabled sales processes.
- Create, test, and refine strategic pitches to address complex sales challenges and unlock revenue.
- Forecast business quarterly and annually, develop gap-to-quota plans, manage pipelines, and maintain Salesforce data quality.
- Partner with Industry Leads, Account Managers, and leadership on multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships.
- Coach peers, mentor others, advise on pod performance, and contribute to hiring and team culture.
- Identify inefficiencies, share partner feedback and industry trends, and improve recurring processes.
- Manage complex partner-account organizations and drive executive buy-in.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or a related field.
- Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
- Strong organizational, execution, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Client vertical experience.
- Experience analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional experience with implementation, analytics, or sales teams.
- Familiarity with AI-driven decision-support or automation tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini AI, or Zapier.
- Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environments.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $135,000–$159,000.
- On-target earnings: $236,250–$278,250, excluding accelerators and sales plan incentive funds.
- Equity for full-time employees.
