> The People Project Manager will drive global HR programs and initiatives, building plans, governance, workflows, and accountability across cross-functional teams. ## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage programs and initiatives across the global HR roadmap.
- Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, and clear ownership.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams.
- Drive project governance, decisions, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
- Create repeatable workflows and tools that help HR execute at scale.
- Independently drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
- Create structure and momentum in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Produce clear plans, updates, and documentation.

## Requirements
- **3+ years of experience** in project or program management in a fast-moving, high-growth organization.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong systems for managing work.
- Ability to build new processes and workflows rather than only operate existing ones.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to create alignment without relying on authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative, low-ego, team-oriented approach.
