## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end investor data gathering, validation, and profile creation in core systems.
- Research client details, identify missing or inconsistent information, and follow up to maintain accurate investor records.
- Perform KYC/AML verification checks, including CDD/EDD, entity documentation, and risk assessments, during onboarding and ongoing profile maintenance.
- Process complex, time-sensitive client and transaction requests across alternative investment products, including private equity and real estate.
- Perform callback verifications, bank account checks, and wire confirmations for disbursements.
- Execute account and data remediations, resolve operational bottlenecks, and identify root causes of recurring exceptions.
- Collaborate with Fund Operations, Fund Controlling, Product Onboarding & Delivery, Sales, and Compliance teams.
- Escalate operational risks and exceptions promptly.
- Use HubSpot and ClickUp to triage workflows, refine procedures, and implement process improvements.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services operations, client support, or middle-office roles.
- Experience with alternative investments, private wealth, or complex commercial financial products.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to use AI tools and platforms to optimize operational workflows.
